Xeomin botulinum toxin
Precisely mapped micro-injections relax the frontalis while keeping some lift, for a smooth but natural result.
Smoother, relaxed foreheads at Nest Clinic — our women doctors use carefully dosed botulinum toxin, soft fillers and skin boosters to soften horizontal lines while protecting brow position and natural expression.

Horizontal forehead lines are mainly caused by the frontalis muscle lifting the brows. Botulinum toxin such as Xeomin is the standard first treatment: it relaxes the muscle, with results appearing in 3–7 days and lasting around 3–4 months. Lines that remain at rest may also need a soft hyaluronic acid filler or skin booster. Doses must be balanced carefully to avoid a heavy or dropped brow, and results vary.
Forehead lines are horizontal creases formed by the frontalis muscle, which lifts the eyebrows when we are surprised, concentrating or compensating for heavy eyelids. At first they appear only with movement; over time, as collagen thins, they can remain visible at rest.
They often appear alongside frown lines between the brows. Where the forehead is flat or slightly hollow, shaping with forehead fillers may be discussed separately.
Treatment depends on whether your lines are dynamic, static or both, and on your brow shape and eyelid position.

A fine, flexible filler such as Belotero can be placed in etched lines that remain at rest.
Hydrating micro-droplets improve skin quality and fine creasing across the forehead.
Polynucleotide injections support thinner skin and elasticity over a course of sessions.
Radiofrequency tightening helps smooth the forehead and can give a subtle brow lift over several months.
Drag the handle to compare. Lines soften within days as the muscle relaxes, while natural brow movement is preserved.

Small injection marks, mild redness and occasional bruising are common and short-lived. A mild headache can occur on the first day. Uncommon effects include temporary brow heaviness, a raised outer brow or asymmetry, and very rarely eyelid drooping; these are temporary and some can be adjusted at the 2-week review. We reduce risk with conservative dosing, careful mapping of your brows and precise injection depth.
